Chiranjiv Bobby Devgun, Managing Director
Born and raised in India, Chiranjiv migrated to New York to pursue his higher education. He started his consulting career in early 90s during era of economic slowdown and was mostly engaged in BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) projects to improve productivity by automating processes. In late 90s, he started his association with Healthcare industry specializing in design and implementation of EMR (Electronic Medical Record). He has worked closely with various healthcare professionals to better understand their challenges and has gain experience in Organizational Change behaviour, which has been attributed for slow adoption of EHR among various healthcare provider settings. Early part of this decade he was engaged in developing an application to address key performance and quality questions being asked by industry leaders. He worked on solution to capture real-time HL7 transactions from myriad of applications and load them into a data warehouse to run statistical analysis to report Provider’s internal performance and outcome measures along with JCAHO prescribed Core Measures. Key skills that he brings to any organization are not only familiarity to wide range to technologies but also ability to understand and clearly communicate how we should leverage technology to meet their business requirements and achieve competitive advantage. Prior to embarking on his own calling, he worked at a senior position with a major Healthcare consulting firm responsible for their US Provider practice. He has received MBA from The University of Western Ontario, Canada and Post Graduate Diploma in System Management and B.Sc. (Honors) from Delhi University, India.
Ms Sadhna Sobti (Project Manager and Director)
Ms Sadhna Sobti, the Project Manager and Director of the company, started her career with M/s Frank Bros Publishers (Pvt Ltd) . She handled Computer department and developed many software packages like Inventory, Financial Accounting and Payroll. She brings with her the experience of working with banking industry, ANZ Grindlays Bank (now Standard Chartered Bank) for 15 years. There she has handled export/import departments documentation for LCs, Guarantees, Bill of Entry, front office customer dealing - opening and closing of savings and current account, fixed deposits, Mutual Fund, Pay order and Draft, worked in cash dept and was completely responsible for submitting various report to RBI, plus all the relative correspondence.
Sadhna has done her Masters Degree in Physics from University of Delhi and B.Sc (Hons) Physics from Miranda House, New Delhi. In addition she has done BASIC computer course from ICS Nehru Place. And SAD (System Analysis and Designing) from CMC New Delhi (A Govt of India Undertaking).
